Volcano is a word which brings forth in your mind an image of a huge mountain, inside which there are huge masses of gas and solids ready to be released like a missile at a moments notice. Well you may not be lucky (or unlucky) enough to be near one when it erupts, but you can surely have a look at an active volcano if you know where to go after reading this
