What inspired you to launch your own website?
i really did not want to be in someone else's hands.

this is my first site and it was launched roughly 2 years ago.

the name of the web site is the name of my company

it is totally open with information, pricing, etc. there are no questions left unanswered.

i wouldn't change a thing with the exception of having to set a "fire sale" price on the property
