Bungee jumping is said to be the best in New Zealand but if your budget couldn't handle it, then doing it in Costa Rica is the next best thing.
Aside from its cheaper costs, the jumps in this country is quite nice more like of a tropical bungee jumping. Like jumps done in Colorado River Bridge which considered the highest in the Americas with over 265 feet.
