    How do you keep from getting food poisoning every day

    It was noticing the Cosa Rican open air markets and the way the vendors displayed the "fresh" meats. Now, I realize I am probably being a little paranoid, but I do not understand how people would not get sick from eating this meat just laying inside the glass display cases. Sometimes more flies around it than ice.

    Actually a friend just returned to New York City from Costa Rica and has had a lot of problems with food in New York.

    The Soy products in New York make him sick apparently from all the junk they add to it. He thinks they just splash a little bleach on the fish to "clean it" up for sale. That is NEW YORK!

    I think you'll find the food in Costa Rica is much better. More natural.
