What religion is most prevalent in Costa Rica

Are there tons of different religious groups in Costa Rica as there are in America? There seem to be so many churches and religious affiliations in the States, that it all gets so confusing to know where any of them stand.

In Costa Rica, is one more prevalent than another, or is there one main church belief?

Hi, happy to assist you.

Costa Ricans are mostly all Catholics. There are some churches that are followed by small groups simply showing freedom of religion, but these religions are the exception. If you wish for additional information let me know please.
