Costa Rica Dentists and Dentistry

I've been to the dentist a few times in Costa Rica and it's nothing special. Quite a bit cheaper than in the USA.
I've always gone to local dentist, not one that is marketing in the USA. I think you get the best bang for the buck that way. You'll probably find that a little English is spoken in many of those offices.
