Our Website is about properties for sale in or around a brand new, state of the art Marina about to be built. Some of the properties where built by us, with all the amenities needed to compete in a world class market.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

The Web is the perfect marketing place.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

The site was lunched some 7 month ago.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Is the same of the real estate office promoting the properties.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Besides the fact that we built our won homes, the fact that we have been in the market for over 10 years set us apart.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

We certainly keep it.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

In a very positive way.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We probably advertise on specialized magazines.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, indeed.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None , so far.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting quality traffic.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Organic search.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It react slowly to changes.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

For some 7 month and it will be up until the office closes for some reason.

Why there is a Pilot's Corner.

Due to the fact that many customers fly in with their own planes we decided to put an updated navigational charts available to pilot so they know what to expect.
