Las Brisas del Cielo, or "breezes of heaven" is a small, private development with hugely panoramic views of the Central Valley and located in the most beautiful city in Costa Rica

What inspired you to launch your own website?

to introduce to potential buyers

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Six months ago and it was the introduction of our properties for sale

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My eight year old granddaughter came up with the name.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Beauty, large amount of land, huge views, rivers, hundreds of birds and butterflies, borders a national reserve, huge towering cypress and pine trees...small , private and beautiful. And currently offered at a substantial discount to competition.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Sell.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

This is a gorgeous property and we didnt do it for money. it is close to where we have our own home so it has our name all over it. We are proud of it.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

wouldnt change a thing.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes, we have a limited number of properties.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Most laborers on the property that expect that all Americans are millionares and have money trees back home.

What has been your biggest challenge?

convincing people that the property is as good as we say. The sale is done once they are there.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It hasnt.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

up for six months and will close when all lots are sold.

Have you enjoyed yourself with this project?

YES...it has been a ball!

Despite repeated promises from the developer, we, the owners of lots in this development do not have water. It is impossible to build on our lots or re-sell our lots.
