A report on CNN/World tells that Costa Rica is the happiest place on earth according to New Economics Foundation, an independent British research group with the goal of building a new economy, based on people and environment.
The group ranks countries by the level of most content people(Happy Planet Index), ecological footprints(consumption a fair share on natural resources) and life expectancy of the countries.
The survey covers 143 countries where 9 of the top 10 were Latin American Countries. More on the link below.
