What inspired you to launch your own website?

It was fiting to have streaming audio online as a complmet to our on-air broadcast.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Personaly i did in 2000 and it was a personal resume, beatz106.com was first launched in 2007.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

concideded SEO and the on-air name of the station

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

its costa rica's only decdicated hip hop station, and it is broadcast to a mix spanish/english audiance.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

to keep it, to increase visits to the site.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

lotsa money spent, not so much ernt. work in progress

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Paying for links and beter content. prehaps hir a developer to make it dynamic

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

yea the biger it gets the more worthwild it is to spendon it.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

bandwith being used up faster then expected for our streaming service

What has been your biggest challenge?

keeping the station on air, the site is minor compard to the problems

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

has not, im experianced in running sites.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I took over the site in the past month and we have seen excellent numbers thus far, there is no reason to think they wont continue to increase
