HSBC is the first private bank that has joined the local banks in closing their ATMs at 10 pm, as a security measure to avoid "Paseo Millionarios". All ATMs of the state banks - Banco Nacional, the Banco de Costa Rica, Bancredito and HSBC will be closing at 10pm and will be open at 5am.
