It was noticing the Cosa Rican open air markets and the way the vendors displayed the "fresh" meats. Now, I realize I am probably being a little paranoid, but I do not understand how people would not get sick from eating this meat just laying inside the glass display cases. I am wondering whether it is more reasonable to buy a car while I am in Costa Rica, or should I make arrangements to take mine with me. I plan on making several visits, since I can only do it 90 days at a time.That is fine since my business trips can be a month or two at a time. I need to lose some serious weight. I have tried every diet available and exercise but nothing works.Can you tell me which procedure would be better; lipozap or lap band surgery?
