Which is the better procedure; lap band surgery or lipozap

I need to lose some serious weight. I have tried every diet available and exercise but nothing works.

Can you tell me which procedure would be better; lipozap or lap band surgery? Also, where would I find a doctor to perform these procedures in Costa Rica.

I am also wondering what the difference in cost would be.
