What inspired you to launch your own website?
Many property owners asked me to sell their property for them.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
1999 a website about domain names.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
My friend did, ask him. 506 is the area code for Costa Rica ;)
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It has life.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To grow the company with help of the site.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Not yet, but working on it.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would buy my own land and develop eco friendly hotels.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
yes, I have a great team.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
a big project on improving the site will cost me quite a bit but I will make the sacrifices necessary.

overcoming the fear of starting over
