Costa Rica is a very popular tourist destination and country in the face of the earth. One can say that it has the best of both words for it has the most majestic sceneries, a high population of tourists and visitors, and recreational facilities which also means that crime is not far away from it. Mario Iguaran, a Colombian Fiscal has warned Costa Ricans that they are going to experience what the Columbian had experienced for not taking any measures against organized crime.
