HSBC is the first private bank that has joined the local banks in closing their ATMs at 10 pm, as a security measure to avoid "Paseo Millionarios". All ATMs of the state banks - Banco Nacional, the Banco de Costa Rica, Bancredito and HSBC will be closing at 10pm and will be open at 5am. This move was part of the Jorge Rojas' recommendation that will protect citezens cause most of the ATM attack happen at night
