Three important things to know about travelling to Costa Rica

It is important to know that you must have a valid passport that expires no less than thirty days from the date of your arrival in Costa Rica.

You can only stay up to 90 days without an extension. If you overstay your ninety days you may experience a delay at the airport and they may not let you enter Costa Rica again.

There is also a departure tax for short term visitors to Costa Rica, so don't spend all of your money on kewl mementos or you won't have enough money to get out of the country!
