Laura Chinchilla's Plan for 2010 Presidential Election

"No cambian Nada" where the only words spoken by Laura Chinchilla, vice president and ministra de Justicia of Costa Rica, to the decision Guillermo Zúñiga to run for the nomination of Partido Liberación Nacional (PLN) for the 2010 elections. She says that public announcement of fellow cabinet minister will change nothing on her aspiration to run for president.

Chinchilla is favored to lead the PLN and win the presidential election in 2010 and president Oscar Arias' choice as a successor after his term.
