Which country boasts a safe investment atmosphere, a booming tourism industry, and a wonderful wildlife? Costa Rica does!

And they certainly have the reason for doing so. Who wouldn't. anyway, when reputable papers like the Miami Herald says that Costa Rica is the 27th safest place in the world to make an investment in (US was 22nd), while Fortune magazine ranked San Jose as Latin America's 5th best city?
