One of Costa Rica's top of the line recipe is called Flor de Itabo or goes by another name as Yucca Flower Omelet.
The ingredients you will be eeding for this is a cup of spineless or giant yucca flowers, rise it well. 2 eggs, a teaspoon of lard or vegetable oil and salt with pepper, to taste.
