    Well, I guess this is a good strategy on the part of the Costa Rican government. This is a good way for parents to keep their children in school. Sometimes, because of their way of life, the parents tend to stop their children from going to school so that they can help them in working for their necessity. I know this is not so right. Those kids have the right to education so they have to be sent to school. Now that they have this program, I am sure that the parents are now ensured of their children's education.
