Costa Rican Tax Laws for Newbies

If you're one of the people who are working on and off Costa Rica or if you're someone who is doing business on the country, you're knowledge about tax must not be compromised. According to Claire Saylor on an article she wrote on Costa Rica Pages (link below), Registering with the Hacienda and the Costa Rican Social Security organization (paying taxes) is very big help if you are considering applying for residency in the future.

She described the four different scenarios for the tax laws, gave a little instructions and computations for such situations like for professional freelancers, employed, interns, and business owners.
