What inspired you to launch your own website?
We have been committed over the last twelve years to offering the best Costa Rica Vacation values for singles, couples, students, families and groups.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We have more than 15 years experience in the Costa Rica Tourism Services, we, along with our Costa Rican Hotels & Costa Rica Travel service suppliers are able to provide you unparalleled service. So we decided around the year 2003 to offer this services thru the internet.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Because its a small name and makes reference to our beatiful country Costa Rica.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
We allow you to clearly select and reserve your own travel itinerary. Our eventual goal is for this site to be one of the biggest sites for information about hotels in Costa Rica.

We have team of people doing their best every day to offer more and better services.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Nothing, at least for now, we are very happy with the site.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes we have a good customer service and sales teams to keep up with the demand.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Getting pictures and media from all the hotels has been a time consuming work.
What has been your biggest challenge?
We just did a redesign on our site, that has been the biggest challenge.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Printed ads.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Running a website is not an easy thing to do, it consumes a lot of time, but it has accomplished most of my expectations.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site has been running for almost 5 years now. We expect to keep it running for a long time after.
