One of the things that we have found that is very interesting about people planning their vacation here to Costa Rica is communication. They all have stories to tell of their experiences and the amount of work they did, unless they used a travel agent. Costa Rica is such a wonderful place to visit, but it is very difficult for people coming from other countries to make travel arrangements.

Issues that travelers are faced with from service providers:
